The DalCard is the official ID card for students, faculty and staff enrolled at, or employed by, Dalhousie University. The DalCard program is managed by the University’s Ancillary Services department through its DalCard Office. The DalCard is the property of Dalhousie University and its use is governed by the University's regulations and policies.

By submitting a photo image through Dalhousie‘s DalCard Photo Submission website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which govern the use of your DalCard. DalCard terms and conditions are available to view at www.dal.ca/dalcard and are deemed to be part of this agreement.

To pick up your DalCard you must:

• Be registered for your classes,
• Submit your photo online, and
• Have your Banner number (B00) ready to provide the service associate.

Dalhousie does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Submission system. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.

This photo submission website is provided by the Card Services division of Dalhousie University and its third-party suppliers. We reserve the right to update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.
